Additional Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also included in this latest document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key detailing various areas of the property.

Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
